This almost brand new lodge has come back onto the market as the owners just had it as a stop gap between houses and is literally as new as the day it came from the factory. So it also benefits from still have warranty on the structure and some of the contents including the white goods. As you pull up outside the lodge on its tarmac driveway, the owners have had an electric car charging point installed to the left of the parking bay. There is also a large plastic walk in storage shed, in matching colour to the lodge.
Walk up the steps onto the all weather decking, which wraps along the side and around to the front of the lodge and you will see no expense has been spared with having glass frontage on the deck, so you benefit from being able to look out across the field opposite.
Entering the lodge you go straight into a spacious open plan lounge/diner/kitchen. To the right is a walk in cupboard which houses the LPG combi boiler. This services your central heating and hot water. The central heating has individual thermostats on all the radiators and the owners have had a hive monitor installed as well. Finally to the left of the hallway, you come to the master bedroom. Again this bedroom is large in size, so no squeezing down the far side of the bed, which the owners went for the upgrade on mattresses. Directly above you as you walk into this bedroom are two lift up doors hiding additional storage space, although you would need a small step ladder in order to access these. Opposite the bed there is yet another large walk in wardrobe, with hanging rails, shelving and drawers, with additional storage up to the ceiling. Then finally you have an en-suite in the far corner complete with a shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
