Willerby Boston Series 2 Lodge

This lodge has just been offered up for sale. It has had two owners from new in 2011. The lodge exterior is in a cream colour, with a wrap around matching deck along the entrance door side and out to the front. The lodge also has a full skirt surround to stop leaves and bits collecting underneath. It comes with a full LPG central heating system and is double glazed throughout, with a sliding patio door out onto the deck at the front of the lodge.

Enter by the side door into a spacious open plan, kitchen, dining lounge, with lovely views out over the fields. There is a large cupboard on your right for coats and wellies. Immediately to your left is a modern high table with four white high chairs. Directly in front of you is the spacious wrap around kitchen, complete with slimline dishwasher, a washer /dryer, gas hob, grill and oven. The combi boiler which does both the central heating and hot water is in the furthest cupboard on the right. It also comes with a integrated fridge/freezer and a microwave. There is a huge amount of work surface for those who like their cooking and baking.

The other side of the worktop is the lounge area, with an enormous corner/wrap around sofa, which can easily accommodate up to six people. This faces not only the TV and wall mounted electric fire but also the view out. There is also a low level built in corner unit and another taller unit on the opposite wall, near to where you would walk out onto the deck. In fact this one open plan area takes up half of the lodge.
Now head through the door into a hallway that services the rest of the lodge. To your right is the bathroom with a full sized bath/shower, with a toilet, wash hand basin and radiator behind the door.
Directly ahead of you is bedroom 2. This currently has a bunk bed in there but has headboards for two single beds on the far wall. Again this room can easily accommodate two 3ft wide singles or a king size double as required. It also comes with it’s own walk in wardrobe with ample hanging, shelf and drawer space on either side of it.

Finally you have the double bedroom. This comes with a large double bed, which lifts up to provide additional storage underneath, and if that wasn’t enough, as well as it’s own walk in wardrobe, again with huge amounts of hanging, shelving and drawers. There are two cupboards above the hallway ceiling, that can be accessed from the bedroom, albeit, you would need some step ladders to reach them. Then finally in the far corner, is the en-suite shower room, with your own, shower, toilet and wash handbasin.
