Regal Autograph 2025 Two Bedroom Model

A top of the range Regal holiday home, built locally and to Residential BS6232 standard. This lovely holiday home has just arrived on Park in the last week, hence the decking, walkway and steps haven’t even been fitted yet. (Pictures to come). You enter into a spacious hallway with a double cupboard for coats etc and a cushioned seat to take shoes off. To your left through the door you come direct into the kitchen/dining area. Freestanding table and chairs allow for different configurations depending on if there are just two three or four of you seated here. To the left, there is a large cupboard, then in the next one is the combi boiler that runs off LPG gas and services the whole holiday home  with central heating and hot water. Then next to this is shelving and drawers.

To the right of the dining table and chairs is the main kitchen area, complete with integrated fridge/freezer, four ringed gas hob and oven, with extractor above. A microwave and slimline dishwasher. There is also space next to this to incorporate a washer/dryer as the infrastructure is already in place for this. You then walk either side of the dining area into the spacious lounge with two large double sofas, large footstool, and over to the patio doors that will lead out onto a large deck area that faces south and has views across to the fields in the distance.

Now head back through to the hall and you will find a good sized shower room, complete with shower, toilet, wash hand basin and toiletries cupboard and shelving.

Directly opposite here is the large twin bedroom with two 3foot single beds, with cushioned headboards, double socket with USB charging points, a small fitted wardrobe with drawers below and a dresser area. There is also space up on the wall for a TV with power and an aerial point already in place.

Finally move down to the full end main bedroom. This gorgeous double bedroom offers everything you could want with bedside tables and USB sockets either side, a lovely dressing table area for the ladies. ( Or others). A large, lit walk in wardrobe, fitted out with shelving, hanging rails and also has the electric consumer unit and aerial booster point in it. Then finally off the main bedroom is your own en-suite shower room complete with shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

This holiday home is offered with a 20 year lease to keep it on the Park, but you better be quick. We don’t see it being available for very long.
