This stunning two bedroom lodge is positioned to the rear of the main house overlooking the rear lawn and benefits from the sun all day long. With its very large deck, storage shed and parking area this makes the perfect holiday home for couples or a family.
This lovely lodge, positioned to the rear of Merley House overlooking the main lawn comes completely furnished and ready to move into. You can park directly outside the lodge and enter it by going up onto the side decking and through the side door. Immediately to either side of you are cupboards, one housing the central heating and hot water LPG combi boiler and the other for coats, hats, and wellies. Next to this is a pellet fed heater which provides additional heating for the whole lodge. You then enter into the vast open plan kitchen/dining lounge area. With two sets of double opening doors and above these glass panels, it is extremely light and airy, even on the dullest of days. There is a fully equipped compact kitchen with a large integrated fridge, under counter freezer, washer/dryer and electric cooker and hob.
There is a freestanding dining table and four chairs across from the kitchen with ample space around this and then two sofas in the lounge area either side of the fireplace. These again can be moved around to suit your requirements. There is a TV point above the fireplace.
Head down the lodge towards the bedrooms, a twin bedroom on your left comes with two single beds and headboards, and a built in wardrobe, and small unit between the beds. Directly opposite this bedroom there is the main bathroom with a large walk in shower, toilet, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. There is also a velux window in the roof.
Finally move along the corridor to the main bedroom which again comes complete with a large double bed, chest of drawers unit, bedside tables and along side the bed there is a walk through wardrobe area before entering the en-suite. This large bathroom comes with a bath,/shower, toilet, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. There is also a velux window in the roof of this room.
Being a Park home manufactured lodge, it complies above and beyond the BS6232 standard for a residential home. It comes completely furnished throughout, has a very large deck off the front of the lodge, and a sizeable Keter storage shed to the side of it. Connected to all services on the Park, water, sewage, electric and with bottled LPG gas.
We cannot recommend this lodge highly enough. It needs to be seen to be believed for a six year old lodge with two owners from new, it comes with a new 30 year licence to be kept on the Park.
