FAQ: How are utilities charged?
Utilities are not included in your annual site fees. We bill for water, sewage and waste disposal and electric twice a year in January and September. All homes are individually metered.
Only a small number of our holiday homes have mains gas, the majority have gas bottles. Replacement gas bottles can be purchased on-site.
