The process of buying a holiday home is relatively simple in comparison to buying a bricks and mortar property.
- Visit Merley House Holiday Park for a tour – we will show you our available holiday homes and pitches

If everything is in order you can move into your home straight away, after settling the outstanding balance. It usually takes around 2 weeks to complete this process.
- If you would like to order a specific home direct from the manufacturer you will first need to select your pitch. We will then sit with you to help you look though available options and select a home that meets your needs. Lead times vary depending on manufacturers.
