Indoor Swimming Pool

Holiday home owners can enjoy free access as part of your annual site fees and your visitors are welcome free of charge. There are individual and family changing rooms available with disabled facilities for your convenience. Or, you can change in the comfort of your holiday home and walk up in your dressing gown if you’d prefer. We kindly ask that all guests make use of the shower facilities before using the pool. There are coin operated lockers for you to store your belongings whilst taking a dip.

Leisure Facilities at Merley

The swimming pool is located in the same building as reception, next to park entrance. There are large sliding doors leading onto the terrace, where you’ll find our outdoor paddling pool and hot tub. Guests not wanting to use the pool can relax on one of two comfy seating areas. Sit back and watch your loved ones in the water, whilst still being part of the fun! You are welcome to bring your own pool floaties and water games to keep younger members of the family entertained. Homeowners looking for a truly relaxing experience can also make use of the sauna. It is located in a small room on the poolside.

The 6mx 12m pool has a stepped entrance with handrail and is 1.65m at its deepest point. There are no lifeguards on duty and under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult at all times. We ask that there are no less than 2 people in the water at any point. The pool typically closes for cleaning for an hour on Mondays and Fridays.

Weekly activities

Every Monday our indoor swimming pool plays host to an owners-only aquarobics session, for a small fee. The session is run by a visiting instructor and is a great way to exercise whilst socialising with other holiday home owners.
