Children’s Playgrounds
There are 2 children’s play areas at Merley House Holiday Park – one next to reception and another behind the house itself. They’re fully equipped with a range of exciting equipment, guaranteed to keep younger members of the family entertained.
Little ones will love playing on the swings, whizzing down the slides, scaling the climbing frame and digging holes in the sandpit. Their imaginations can run wild as they play make believe games and socialise with new found friends.
Play area next to reception
The play area next to reception is a firm favourite with younger children, though older kids are welcome too. There’s a climbing frame with slides, fireman’s pole and chain bridge as well as swings, sandpit and picnic table.
Play area behind Merley House
The play area behind Merley House is geared towards slightly older children. There is set of swings, monkey bars, netting and a climbing frame with turret, slide and tunnel – perfect for games of hide and seek. Nex to the play area there is a small Wendy house and sandpit
There’s ample room for parents to sit in the sunshine and keep watch from afar.
The playground is flanked by a large grassed area with goal posts, perfect for ball games or flying a kite. Let the little ones run around and burn off some energy before returning to your holiday home for a cosy night in.
We kindly asked that children are supervised at all times when using the play areas.
